Chicago Barista is the brew-inspired extension of Natural Direct, which has been providing fresh, organic dairy, eggs and meats to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hotels, caterers and grocery stores since 2005.
In 2009, Natural Direct formed a partnership with our local dairy, Kilgus Farmstead. Along the way, Kilgus milks and creams gained prominence in the Chicago coffee scene and at local latte art throwdowns. This inspired us to focus on products baristas need for their coffee creations.
At Chicago Barista, we continue the Natural Direct spirit of sourcing the most original, mindfully made products.
To us, cafes are more than partners: They’re community gathering places where faces become familiar as friends and we can spend time with others or ourselves in relaxing comfort.
